Record losses, high debt, and slow shift to green energy.
Public Works (PWD)
Many projects delayed for years. High cost overruns.
Agriculture & Farmer Welfare
Separate budget is a good move, but water problems remain.
Transport
Buses are old. Most corporations making heavy losses.
Home (Police)
Slow modernization. High vacancy in local stations.
Small Industries (MSME)
Good schemes on paper, but reaching the ground is slow.
Water Resources
Desalination moving slow. Lake restoration is mostly on paper.
Finance
Managed growth well, but failed to control the rising debt.
Rural Development
Good progress in house building and village roads.
Information Technology
Good export growth, but mostly limited to Chennai region.
